We are very proud of the practitioners at Little Red Day Spa. All practitioners are highly trained licensed massage therapists who enjoy the aesthetically pleasing environment of the Spa and the fantastic clientele who have discovered our urban retreat. Many of our practitioners have specialties and are skilled in anything from gentle salon style and prenatal massage, to deep tissue and sports style massage. Please see the Staff page to learn more about each practitioner.

Requesting service at Little Red Day Spa is most easily done by selecting “BOOK NOW”. Packages including massages and spa time, are located under “COMBINATION”. Services providing only couples massages, are located under “MASSAGES.”Stand-alone Spa services that DO NOT include massages, are located under “SPA.” Once you have found a service/package to your liking, booking is easy! Choose a day and time convenient to you and follow the prompts to create an account.

*Please note* Though credit cards are required for ALL bookings, payment of services is delayed until your appointment arrival. Coupons/gift certificates will be applied at your arrival and NOT taken at the time of booking.

 

Appointments – The Day Spa sessions are available by appointment only. Same day scheduling is rarely available.

One Hour Massage – Please note that a one-hour massage equals 50-minutes of actual massage in keeping with industry standards.

90 Minute Massage – Also note that a 90 minute massage equals 80-minutes of actual massage.

Recovery Periods – Please not that each Suite has a 10 minute recovery period built into the end of each session. This time allows us to adequately prepare the space for the next guests in between each appointment.

Gratuities – Rates include everything except gratuity. Ten to twenty percent gratuities are common and greatly appreciated. We accept all major credit cards.

Pregnant – If you are pregnant please contact the Spa by phone after scheduling your appointment, so that we may best serve your needs.

Food & Beverages – Note that for any of our sessions, events, or private rentals you are welcome to bring in your own food and beverages if desired. We have dishware to accommodate.

Larger or Longer Events – We welcome large events. The Spa can accommodate up to 150 people. Please contact us to make arrangements.

Cancellations – We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If we do not receive adequate notice of a cancellation/reschedule, you will be subject to a cancellation fee. We charge 50% of the scheduled service to account for the loss.

Gift Certificates – Gift Certificates are Transferable though are Non Refundable. Please click here to create a gift certificate.

Product and Comfort – The Spa provides, soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryers, lotion, towels, and robes for your comfort and convenience.

Special Needs – Please make them known at the time of scheduling so that we can be sure to accommodate your needs.

Practitioner Request – Yes, you may request a particular practitioner. If he or she is available at the time of your request, we would certainly love to connect you with the practitioner of your choice.

Gender Preference – Please note that we will do our very best to match you with your practitioner gender preference. However due to scheduling challenges we may not be able to fulfill your request.

Health – Clients must be in good health and eligible to receive treatments at the Little Red Day Spa.

Hold Harmless – Clients agree to hold harmless the Little Red Day Spa and Hengst Studio in the event of any illness or injury that might occur during or as a result of a session.
